And I ask, Whose Paranoid are you?

Oath Keepers has a post titled Former Supreme Court Justice Souter on The Danger of America’s ‘Pervasive Civic Ignorance’ which details a bit of Justice Souter’s biography and Elias Alias’, the poster of this article, and should be read as it is an explanation and understanding, by nearly all of the citizenry of a time 47 years ago. The video below should be watched AFTER reading the post.

Though not a fan of Souter’s, what he states is true- the Republic of these United States is, ON THE WHOLE, extremely ignorant. So deep is the ignorance that travesties such as detailed in William Grigg’s post here.

As Officer Tasca summarized the matter in an interview with Pro Libertate last spring: “I didn’t fail to aid another officer; I acted to stop a beatdown.” Tasca interposed herself to stop Sgt. Joe Rella’s assault on 22-year-old Kyle Sharp, an emotionally troubled young man who had done nothing to justify police violence of any kind.

About two days after the episode, Tasca was labeled a “danger” to her fellow officers and suspended by the department. Following a year of disciplinary reviews, psychological evaluations, and a spurious legal process worthy of the Soviet Union, Tasca was fired.

Before getting to this point in his article, Mr. Grigg details quite a number of cases of actual abuse, theft and violence committed by LEO’s across the Republic where these criminals received simple slaps on the wrist to NO punishment AT ALL.

Officer Tasca is a Peace Officer, NOT a Law Enforcement Officer and therein lies the rub- she stood by her oath and the others could not have someone like her there and neither could the politicians who want Jack Booted Thugs to install fear and punishment into and on their “constituents.” Otherwise, the jig would be up and prison jumpsuit orange would be the rage of the day for these thugs and their masters.

As I stated, I was no real fan of Justice Souter- but these words need to be taught, explained and remembered by the citizenry from the earliest age.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.— That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

It was upon this document that lead us to this.

We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Those of you whom have read this blog for any length of time know that I think the Republic to be dead but it is after the full collapse that both of these documents will so firmly be needed. If not, then the Grand Experiment is a complete failure and our founding call, as well as George Washington’s great act- the Farewell to Kings, a pathetic joke.
